eBREAK™ 1000F is the latest enzyme solution tailored for converting corn fiber into cellulosic ethanol. Contamination control in hydrolysis and ethanol fermentation is a key performance factor.
This enzyme solution is able to endure a wide range of challenging conditions allowing highyield hydrolysis of cellulosic biomass and sustainable optimization of plant economics. Demonstrated hydrolysis temperatures up to 62℃（143.6°F） with the optimal pH range of 4.2 to 4.8. Have observed performance of enzyme in pH environments as low as 3.8.
eBREAK™ 1000F demonstrates the same hydrolysis kinetics 55℃ and 62℃,which is the widest temperature range product available today. In addition, eBREAK™ 1000F signigicantly enhances liquefaction capability,leading to huge process benefits including ability to handle solid levels of 26% and greater.
